Primarily known for its excellently roasted coffee specialities. However, the homemade cheesecake is one of the best in Berlin and should get more attention. All branches are bright and minimalist and the nicest place to sit is in Kreuzberg.

Seasonal vegetarian lunch/brunch menu meets old building apartment charm at vegan chef Sophie Hofmann's zero-waste café. Especially nice are the window seats facing the street, the coffee from Vote, and the vegan chocolate cake with tahini frosting.

Vegan dreams come true at this cosy café with window seats on Monbijouplatz. The cakes, richly decorated with flowers and fruits, can be ordered whole, and a selection of vegan sandwiches, good coffee and smoothies are always available on site.

One of the oldest pastry shops in the city with nostalgic interior and retro floral wallpaper in the Hansa district. Here you get a traditional coffee-cake experience with a changing menu. Always in the display case and a must: homemade Baumkuchen.
