Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, pear drop and chestnut puree, also blood orange and lemon. On the palate, the wine combines a powerful body with suppleness, substance, and firm acidity. Quite a full-bodied Pinot Gris, but generally not overly opulent either. Only at the very end of the finish does it become a little "fiery".
