Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Radiant ruby red. Fragrant, red berry aroma of wild strawberries, raspberries, and rose hips, followed by delicate nuances of butter biscuits, and a slight fragrantly floral tone, as well as undertones of wood. On the palate, medium body, with beautiful red fruit and fine juiciness, very coherent, slightly bitter aftertaste.
