Tasting Notes
Bright silver-grey with a fine-grained mousse. Appealing expression on the nose, reminiscent of fresh stone fruit and orange blossom. Delicately fruity on the palate with a lively mousse, unfortunately flattens out on the aftertaste and remains overpowering.
More about the tastingSilver straw yellow, fine, not very persistent mousse. Floral nose, fresh grass, lemon peel and apple. Soft and juicy on the palate. Persistent and slightly savoury finish.
More about the tastingShimmering silver straw yellow. Delicate nose of white flowers (chamomile and lime blossom), then candied lemon peel and some mint, yellow-green apple in the background. Smooth on the palate, opens with notes of pomaceous fruit and juicy freshness, medium intensity, shows drinking flow and is harmonious in itself, slightly salty on the finish.
