Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red colour with delicate brightening on the rim. Compact on the nose, notes of plum and cherry, with aeration, comes a hint of hibiscus and black pepper. Concentrated fruit on the palate, lots of juice, grippy tannins, dancing acidity, savoury finish.
