Pale golden yellow with silver hues, a persistent, fine mousse. Yellow stone fruit nuances, a hint of reine claude plums, notes of blossom honey, some biscuit. Full-bodied, ripe yellow apple, a subtle sweetness, a lively acidity, some nougat, with a mineral aftertaste, complex and mature.
