Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine cassis notes, a hint of blackberries, soft notes of liquorice, subtle herbal spice, a hint of orange zest. Juicy, red berry notes, nuances of currant, fresh acidity, mineral-salty finish, lemony and animating.
