Light salmon pink. A spicy bouquet of thyme, rosemary, and fresh butter, complemented by red berries, honeydew melon, lavender, and violets, along with subtle notes of vanilla, toast, and caramelized cream. Dry on the palate, with noticeable grip, salty minerality, and a nice fruit finish.
