Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby core with a discreet ochre rim. Highly complex aromas with delicate notes of smoke and herbs, supporting savoury hints and dark berries, with nuances of nougat, vanila, tobacco and orange zest. Juicy, fresh blackberries focus the primary palate whilst the taut texture and well-integrated tannins sit beautifully alongside the lively acidity and pronounced red berry and cranberry fruit on the finish. Has significant potential to age.
