Tasting Notes
Pastel colours, almost like a Côtes de Provence rosé. And the aroma also takes this direction: balsamic, somewhat "stony", raspberry. On the palate, you are back in the north: with a slender body and gripping acidity, with juicy freshness and sweet fruit. A little carbonic acid provides additional tension. A great summer wine.
