Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate notes of fresh white apple, a hint of meadow herbs and lime zest. Juicy, fine fruit sweetness, fine acidity, a hint of honeydew melon, mineral and persistent, lemony finish, lively, versatile food companion.
