Yellow tropical fruit with herbal and spicy undertones, delicate notes of gooseberries and blackcurrants, a hint of apricot and candied orange; an inviting bouquet. Tightly woven, white pome fruit, racy structure, mineral notes; comes across as light-footed and fresh, with a salty finish and subtle spice; a stimulating pairing for food; will benefit from further bottle aging.
