This has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate and bright rim. On the nose there is a discreet nougat touch underneath dark berry confit, as well as some plum, orange zest, and a fine tobacco spiciness. It is juicy, with fresh structure, fine tannins, some cherry fruit on the finish, and a subtle spicy aftertaste. It is a great wine for all occasions.
