Tasting Notes
Rosehip and red cherry on the nose, which is savoury and still a little yeasty and shows some slight reductive notes. It's dry and savoury on the palate with a clear profile - everything is clearly defined, still youthful, but with the finesse of the grape variety. Plenty of tension and precision on show.
