Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Fine yellow peach touches, some apricot, delicate floral aromas and a hint of NUTMEG. Taut and mineral, with white stone fruit, fine sweetness, delicately nutty cookie touches on the finish. Very good balance and makes a good impression both as an aperitif and as a food companion. (Deg. March 2022).
