Tasting from 01.01.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby red in colour. Aroma: dark chocolate, prunes, blueberry compote, also a herbal-spicy undertone. The palate opens emphatically – supple, very soft, then a grainy tannin appears in rather large quantities. The acidity is ripe and appears restrained. The impression is accessible with a rather scarce phenolic maturity.
