The white wine »Muschelkalk« Oestrich Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Josef Spreitzer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Wonderfully fine fruity nose, lemon, lime blossom, almond, a little earthy - the shell limestone comes into its own. On the palate, the wine has an almost Franconian, earthy spiciness, the piquant Rheingau notes melted away. An ideal accompaniment to food!
