The red wine »Furore« Rotweincuvée trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Ortenberg has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
A scent of wild strawberry, raspberry and elderberry pulp. Rich in nuance and fine. In the mouth, the wine demonstrates an excellent balance between the fresh, juicy character of the vintage and a balanced, harmonious structure. The tannin is ripe and very finely extracted, the final fruit is radiant. What elegance!
