Medium yellow-green, with silver highlights. Delicate caramel notes, with hints of blossom honey, apricot, and melon. Juicy, full-bodied, with a delicately creamy texture, well-balanced acidity, pineapple on the finish, a salty aftertaste, and a great pairing with food.
