The Dockner family from Höbenbach in the southern Kremstal is very satisfied with the current vintage. During the past few years, they could be happy about numerous successes. By now, wines from about 80 hectares of own land and 70 hectares of contract land are being marketed. Grüner Veltliner is the main variety of the winery, but the Dockners also know their trade very well when it comes to Riesling. The wines from these two varieties are divided into regional wines, local wines and single vineyard wines. The fact that father Sepp, who is responsible for vineyards and marketing, and his son Josef, cellar master of the house, are also able to offer excellent red wines is not entirely new - and this in a region where red wines are not necessarily among the flagship wines. Above all, with the "Sacra" cuveé, the two of them were able to show again that top red wines are also possible in the Kremstal.

Another project of the committed family is the production of their own, hand-riddled vintner's sekt wine, which is produced traditionally by bottle fermentation. For this purpose, several old cellars in the Kellergasse at Frauengrund in Krems were restored and converted into the new flint winery, which was opened in 2014. Clear wines from all three quality levels of the Austrian Sekt wine pyramid are offered: Classic, Reserve and Great Reserve. In 2017, a new cellar was opened in Höbenbach, a production facility that is one of the most modern cellars in Austria. Guided tours for 20 or more people are possible at any time by appointment.
