Italian flair at the marble bar: The crew of the bar named after Cornelia Poletto's daughter serves drinks such as "Peruvian Elixir" with pisco, persimmon and chocolate bitters or "Manolo 69" with sweet potato shōchū and yuzu liqueur to accompany the bar food. The generous wine list focuses on wines from Italy, Germany and France.
