Chestnut brown and clear. Honey, almond and caramel on the nose. Delicate attack typical of the style with a lovely body. Fruity with a hint of acidity: melon, apple, pear. Behind this, roasted aromas and wood - almost as if the beer had been aged in wooden barrels.
