Bright golden yellow in colour with little foam. On the nose, aromas of yeast, hints of brioche and a slight malty sweetness. On the palate, it has a good effervescence and freshness, with a very dense mouthfeel. A distinct bitterness leads to a dry finish. "Very good overall impression!".
