Medium amber, clear cloudiness, white foam. Resinous on the nose with notes of fermented fruit, waxy nuances and roasted notes. Also complex on the palate with berry fruit nuances and roasted notes. Very fine, creamy mousse. Subtle bitterness in the finish.
