Golden brown, solid foam for the style, emphasised spiciness - "Parmesan style" - over a light malt character in the aroma. The first sip brings a full mouthfeel and again a fine piquancy. Steamed chestnuts and a hint of salted caramel make for a full-bodied, strong style.
