Delicately cloudy amber in colour, with a sturdy, large-pored foam. On the nose, fine malt notes redolent of light pastry (Kaiser roll) and brown mustard seeds. Very fresh and almost bubbly on the palate with a subtle bitterness rounding out a cool and once again lightly malty body. "Good thirst-quencher".
