New design, new culinary and new highlights!
The Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo welcomes its guests with a new, fresh design upgrade and culinary innovations of a special kind. In the year-round hotel for couples and families directly on the beach of Jesolo, you can experience the typical Italian dolce vita flair, paired with international influences.
The two new restaurants have been colorfully redesigned and offer plenty of space for hotel guests and external restaurant visitors. The Artigiani Restaurant & Marketwhich is available to hotel guests for breakfast or when booking half board, is a place of indulgence with products from predominantly regional producers. In addition to a open show cooking station The coffee bar is also located here, offering everything from espresso to latte macchiato to make your caffeine heart beat faster.
Mediterranean delicacies with Japanese influences can be found in the á la carte restaurant HOKU Restaurant & Lounge Bar. The Hawaiian name means "rising star in the sky" and will delight gourmets of all ages. The new food hot spot in Jesolo offers trendy fusion cuisinewhich serves regional produce and freshly caught seafood, combining Japanese cuisine (supported by Viennese restaurant Mochi), Italian grill tradition and homemade pasta. The Hawaiian tiki cocktails on offer are best enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the beach and the sea.
Also new is the Ape beach barwhich, in addition to snacks and refreshments, also offers individual take-away boxes from the hoku restaurant.
The generously converted Acquapura BLUE.Horizon SPA reflects the blue of the water and the sky as well as the vastness of the horizon. The treatments use natural, maritime essences from the Adriatic to Hawaii and are aimed at Holistic relaxation with a lasting effect. The Phytomer, Pharmos Natur and Pino product lines on offer represent the three main elements of the spa - water, sky and earth - and pamper you with individually tailored signature treatments. Special yoga sessions and meditation sessions on the beach round off the wellness experience for body and mind.
For guests who want to discover the element of water in an action-packed way, the hotel offers its own SUP courses, also for the whole family. All the necessary utensils can be easily borrowed directly from the hotel and those who wish can even get the hotel's own SUP trainer on the SUP board.
