“Mont Bar” Brings Its Cuisine to Lithuania in a Pop-up Event alongside Chef Arnas Petronis
Barcelona’s two-Michelin-starred “Mont Bar” brought its innovative bar cuisine to Vilnius last week, joining forces with local chef Arnas Petronis of “Bistro B’ARN” for a sold-out four-hands dinner.
On January 16 at Good Food Studio, Fran Agudo—the creative force behind Mont Bar—presented signature snacks like chicken skin and squid sandwich and Iberian sobrasada with Mahón cheese mochi, alongside Petronis’s new creations. The menu wove Spanish precision with Lithuanian terroir across dishes such as turbot with beurre noisette and caviar, wagyu terrine with foie gras, and dark chocolate with Earl Grey and hazelnuts.
Agudo also led a masterclass for Bocuse d’Or Lithuania at VESK school, sharing Mont Bar’s philosophy of flavor-packed bites and technical mastery. This cross-continental exchange underscores Mont Bar’s growing international presence—now extending beyond Spain while staying true to its neighborhood-bar soul.
