Who can we expect at Salzburg's iconic gourmet restaurant in Hangar-7 next year?

Another year at Red Bull's  Hangar-7 comes to an end, with their iconic two-star restaurant Ikarus ready for another culinary adventure. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Martin Klein, the team succeeds year after year in bringing the best chefs in the world to Salzburg. 2025 also promises a cornucopia of delights – despite a three-month closure for renovation work.

During this time, the Ikarus team will remain active, enchanting patrons with a winter pop-up in a picturesque setting near Salzburg's Untersberg mountain. Exclusive shuttle services and their usual world-beating cuisine ensure that gourmets get their money's worth even when their normal premises are closed.
