Bologna Sour
A refreshing and refined cocktail from the Italian Vecchia Romagna Riserva Tre Botti.

| 6 | cl | Vecchia Romagna Riserva Tre Botti |
| 3 | cl | lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 | cl | agave syrup |
| 3 | cl | merlot red wine |
Preparation:
Shake the Vecchia Romagna, lime juice and agave syrup well and strain into a chilled tumbler glass filled with ice. Carefully drizzle in the Merlot. Finished.
