Grand Collins
This Tom Collins variant with Grand Marnier instead of gin delights with a greater depth of taste.

| 50 | ml | Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge |
| 15 | ml | lime juice, freshly squeezed |
| some | mineral water | |
| some | orange peel | |
| frresh raspberries or grapes (garnish) | ||
Preparation:
- Put ice cubes into a highball glass, add Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge and then the freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Top up with mineral water and stir well before adding the orange peel.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries or grapes for an eccentric twist.
