| 3 | cl | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| 2 | cl | Sugar syrup |
| 2 | Dashes | Grapefruit Bitters |
| 5 | cl | Perrier-Jouët Champagne Blason Rosé |
| Ice cubes | ||
| Rose petals | ||
Stir the ingredients in a bowl, add ice cubes and garnish with rose petals.
