A special summer creation by Lukas Hochmuth of The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.

Ingredients (1 servings)
4 cl Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
3 cl Fresh grapefruit juice
2 cl Sugar syrup
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
5 cl Perrier-Jouët Champagne Blason Rosé
Ice cubes
Rose petals

Stir the ingredients in a bowl, add ice cubes and garnish with rose petals.
