Lemon Bellini

This Bellini variation does not contain any alcohol and uses lemon ice cream to cool you down in summer.

Ingredients (1 servings)
1 piece(s) egg white
lemon juice from 2 fully ripe lemons (no pips)
1 heaped tablespoon lemon ice cream (no sorbet)
250 ml almond milk
agave syrup or honey to sweeten
acacia flowers (garnish)

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend and then pour into a glass.
Decorate with acacia flowers.
