The Perfect Martini

Gin

Its distinctive silhouette and its pop-culture status make this drink something special.

Ingredients
50 ml London dry gin
10-15 ml dry vermouth
lemon zest or olive
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vermouth.
  • Stir for a few seconds and pour into a chilled martini glass.
  • Pour the gin into the ice-filled shaker and shake quickly, approx. 50 times.
  • Pour into the glass and garnish with lemon zest or an olive.
