Ingredients: 50 ml London dry gin; 10-15 ml dry vermouth; lemon zest or olive

The Perfect Martini

Gin

Its distinctive silhouette and its pop-culture status make this drink something special.

Ingredients
50	ml	London dry gin
10-15	ml	dry vermouth
		lemon zest or olive

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vermouth.
Stir for a few seconds and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Pour the gin into the ice-filled shaker and shake quickly, approx. 50 times.
Pour into the glass and garnish with lemon zest or an olive.
