The sandwich with the tofu and tomato spread could prove to be a hit during the break or for lunch.

Ingredients
Bread of your choice
1 Cucumber (gherkins also taste good if desired)
some Salad (possibly rocket)
1 hard-boiled egg
Cheese of your choice

For the tofu and tomato spread

Ingredients
1 Pk. Evergreen organic tomato tofu
2 tablespoon(s) Dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon(s) Tomato oil
½ teaspoon(s) Sambal oelek/chili paste
½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • For the tofu and tomato spread, mix all the ingredients well with a hand blender.
  • Spread on to the slices of bread and top with the ingredients.
