A meeting point between Japanese and Mediterranean culture. The cuisine focuses on a tasting menu to create unique and unrepeatable dishes through surprising combinations with the best products, which have their origins in Japanese cuisine but with an Iberian touch. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a terrace and a bar offering sushi, tapas and snacks. The wine list with 600 references is complemented by a wide selection of cocktails and Japanese whisky, as well as Scottish classics.
