Tasting from 01.12.2025: Michael Baumgartner, Philipp Ernst, Roland Graf, Nikolaj Puschek
Aromatic right away! Light grains transition into hazelnut accords and are accompanied by a persistent spiciness – even in the last third, it doesn't fade: Robusta coffee, flamed lime, and a light smoke are rounded off by a nutmeg finish. Very light ash cap, even draw, and burn.
