Strong and savoury in flavour, juniper and green botanicals set the tone. Crisp on the palate, with dried herbs and spices, a subtle sweetness is noticeable, fruity and citrus nuances mid-palate, as well as a slight peppery note. Harmonious, dried herbs and spices on the finish.
