Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Gentle vanilla, orange peel, a hint of savouriness and a honey-like sweetness emerge from the glass. Velvety and round on the palate, with ethereal orange peel emerging powerfully in the centre. Well-balanced savouriness and sweetness. Light ester notes, vanilla and fresh orange again in the successful finish.
