Fresh and powerful on the nose thanks to a fine hint of aniseed and caraway, as well as slightly tart, bready and subtly peppery. Spicy and powerful on the palate, caraway and aniseed are noticeable, along with some liquorice, juniper and savoury savouriness. The finish is long and warming.
