On the nose, a vinous character, delicately tart and fruity, with notes of vanilla. The herbal aromas are initially somewhat restrained, but gain increasing strength with a little air. Dry and fruity on the palate, with notes of wormwood and balanced acidity dominating the mid-palate. The fruity, dry finish is slightly savoury.
