Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The mango and peach aroma is similar to the classic Viennese sugar. The sweetness comes through fully on the palate and the ginger note is very restrained. Rum-like barrel notes can be felt on the finish.
