Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose, the aroma is reminiscent of a slice of caramelized, char-grilled pineapple. The palate is intense with slight smokey characters and a little pepper on the finish.
