Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Full nose with lots of malt, exotic fruits and a subtle smoke that develops slowly with air. On the palate, the fruitiness comes through nicely before typical smoky notes and salty hints develop.
