Bierbrand Paul 10 Sortenreiner Bierbrand (Indian Pale Ale) Verkostungsnotiz Nase: Eine Herde wilder, lebendiger Früchte springt aus dem Glas. Einer Safari gleich werden Mangos, Litschis,Papayas, Quitten, Birnen hinter Büscheln von Büschelgras beobachtet. Ein Gruppe Vanilleeis mit Schlagsahne und Erdbeeren bewegen sich vorsichtig im Schutz der Gräser. Gaumen: Elegant und majestätisch präsentieren sich die Alpha-Früchte im Abendlicht. Ein bunt gemischtes Rudel von tropischen, heimischen und unbekannten Aromen ruht gelassen im Hintergrund. Der Mond geht auf, eine Sternschnuppe verglüht und die Grillen zirpen ihre typischen Lieder. Abgang: Langsam sammeln sich die Herden und legen sich zur Ruhe, ihre Silhouetten verschwinden in der Dämmerung. Ein Hauch von Himbeere macht diese Erfahrung unvergesslich.

Intensely fruity on the nose, tropical fruits, also resinous notes and malty hints. Appears pure and clear. Pleasantly soft and fresh on the palate, again with a lovely maltiness and somewhat more subtle fruit. Finishes long.
