The aroma unfolds relatively slowly and with plenty of air. Notes of cooked agave, green bell peppers and a rather subtle (for Mezcal) smoky hint develop. On the palate pimientos de padrón with sea salt, plus peppery hints. Lingers long in the aftertaste.
