Spicy, slightly peppery, subtly floral and fruity nose. Soft and creamy in the mouth, savoury and tart, aromas of almost Christmassy spices such as allspice, cinnamon and cardamom dominate the first sip, slight sweetness and juniper in the middle section. Short finish.
