Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Rustic nose with an earthy base, celery and dry wood are evident. Orange zest develops with air. Quite savoury on the palate, the barrel notes come towards the finish, sweetness settles onto the finish.
