Fresh and slightly savoury on the nose, gentle cereal-scented notes are recognisable. Mild and soft on the palate, a fine spiciness and sharpness characterise the mid-palate. Subtle cereal-scented notes flash up in the finish, which finishes slightly peppery, medium-long and warming.
